A diversified financial services firm in Frankfurt is seeking an M&A Analyst. You will assist bankers in advising clients on various projects, prepare transaction materials, and conduct financial analyses. The ideal candidate is on track to graduate from a reputable university and has strong interpersonal skills alongside fluency in German and English. The firm emphasizes a supportive team culture and offers a training program aimed at promoting Analysts to Associate roles.
Analysts assist junior and senior bankers in advising the firm’s clients, including UK and European mid‑market privately owned enterprises, large multinational organisations, private equity firms and family offices.
As an Analyst, you will work as an integral member of small, dedicated deal teams on a variety of M&A projects. Your key responsibilities include supporting the preparation of transaction marketing materials, valuation analyses and financial models, while gaining direct exposure to senior bankers and clients.
A strong academic record from a highly regarded university, and on track to graduate prior to this position’s start date.
Our training program puts motivated Analysts on track for an Associate role at our firm.
