Your responsibilities

• Coordination of the daily operational logistics processes of the external 3PL for C&A's European consolidation/deconsolidation center
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Transportation, Warehousing, and Planning teams to ensure smooth material flow and adherence to schedules
• Proactive merchandise monitoring through the analysis of large datasets to prevent deviations from planned store arrival dates
• Recording and documentation of requirements, as well as assistance in the improvement, redesign and expansion of existing work processes and systems
• Preparation of KPI reports

What you bring

• Education in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Buying / Central Planning and/or 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Retail Logistics or Fashion/Apparel Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerBI
• High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
• Strong communication skills to establish effective working relationships with various operational business stakeholders
• Experience in general goods/warehouse management system or SAP applications (e.g. ERP, EWM…) is a plus
