- Maintain full visibility and control over device inventory levels and locations.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional logistics team based in Germany and Greece.
- Drive operational alignment and productivity between both hubs.
- Performance Analytics & Diagnostics
- Build and maintain data models to monitor device usage, health, and diagnostic metrics.
- Take full ownership of operational reporting: design, build, and refine dashboards and KPIs from scratch.
- Identify trends and proactively solve issues with device performance or logistics flow.
- Process & System Optimisation
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in the logistics lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to automate processes and integrate data systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain optimisation, or related field.
- Strong data skills: fluent in Excel, SQL, BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience setting up analytics/reporting frameworks from the ground up.
- Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (German or Greek is a plus).

- Freedom to build processes and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
- International, collaborative team environment.
- Flexible working arrangements with travel to our logistics hubs.
