Candidates must be native German speakers with deep knowledge of the local market and strong existing networks. Only candidates with established professional experience in Germany will be considered.

We are supporting a well‑established international food company in hiring an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its operations in Bavaria, near Munich (approx. 45 minutes).

What you will lead :

• End-to-end warehouse operations
• Transportation & fleet management
• Packaging line coordination
• A team of 5 direct reports
• Daily cross-functional cooperation with production and supply chain teams

• Strong background in logistics / warehouse operations / supply chain
• Experience in FMCG / food / manufacturing is a strong advantage
