What You Will Be Doing

As our Logistics Assistant, you’ll be the key link between our internal teams and external logistics partners. Your mission: ensure our finished products are delivered on time, every time – efficiently and cost-effectively.

You Will

• Monitor and optimize product flows, costs, and distribution tools
• Support inbound, returns and quality control related processes
• Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements
• Collaborate with IT and logistics providers to resolve issues and harmonize processes
• Support new logistics and transportation projects
• Drive KPI tracking and reporting across the supply chain
• Act as the go-to person for communication between supply chain, customer service, IT, and logistics partners

What You Need To Succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (we also welcome applications from motivated graduates)
• Fluency in English – this is essential for daily communication and collaboration across teams
• Educational background in transportation, warehouse operations, or logistics is a strong plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of transport and logistics; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change
