A leading tech company is seeking a Localization Manager to oversee the end-to-end localization process for its Online business team. This role involves managing multiple localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a background in Localization or Linguistics, and strong project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The Localization Manager will play a key role in supporting the localization function within the Online business team. You will manage the end-to-end localization process for Online eCommerce team, while supporting our core product and web teams as needed. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your role to keep all the players coordinated on project progress and deadlines. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide strategic insight to cross-functional teams and leadership to drive Zoom’s expansion globally. This person is meticulously organized, an excellent communicator, and excels at supporting multiple localization work streams and projects simultaneously.
The Localization team at Zoom is made up of dedicated Localization Managers and Coordinators. They partner with teams across the business to enable high-quality translation of content for global audiences. We support a wide range of departments. Our goal is to ensure Zoom’s products, marketing, and communications resonate in every market. This role will focus on the Online organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and localization experts to ensure smooth, strategic, and scalable delivery of localized content.
Minimum: $76,800.00
Maximum: $186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
