Responsibilities

• Monitor and review performance against HS&E KPIs and behavior patterns within your area; take action to improve performance and resolve non-compliance with HS&E policies, procedures, and instructions.

Requirements

• University/Postgraduate degree (Master's)
• Experience in dealing with various situations and advising others
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes
• Ability to act independently while providing guidance and training on effective communication, planning, organizing, and risk management
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, with the ability to guide others
• Experience managing projects within cost, time, and quality parameters
• Knowledge of safe systems of work and ability to train others in their application
