You Will
  • Handling exciting legal questions from all areas of parking management – from classic contract law to complex real estate law issues.
  • Work closely with the head of the legal department and gain direct insight into strategic issues.
  • Efficiently and practically assess internal inquiries from a legal perspective and develop solutions.
  • Coordinate external law firms and support them in management and reporting.
  • Advise specialist departments and position yourself as a reliable contact person for legal issues.
  • Review and draft contracts, e.g., rental, service, work and IT project contracts.
  • Impart legal knowledge, for example through internal training and practical workshops.
  • Observe legal developments and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
  • Help shape structures and standards in order to continuously develop our corporate governance.
You Have
  • Successfully completed the first and second state examinations or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Law or a completed business administration degree with relevant experience.
  • First professional experience gained in a company or law firm (career starters with relevant practical experience during their legal traineeship are also welcome).
