How You Will CELLebrate

Responsibilities

• Providing proactive legal advice in holistic manner regarding commercial transactions i.a., drafting, negotiating, reviewing all kind of agreements with a focus on battery business in the purchasing area
• Legal advice and support on legal issues in connection with the development of new and the further development of existing business areas
• Legal support for subsidiaries regarding commercial topics
• Participation in the preparation of draft resolutions on commercial projects for various committees, including drafting of the resolution texts
• Supporting the development of proprietary standard contracts and establishment of legal standards for PowerCo
• Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad

Qualifications

• German law degrees with results above the average and the admission to the bar
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of commercial law in an international company or in an international law firm
• Fluency in German and English
• A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
