I’m partnering with a global technology company. They are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded lawyer to step into a broad international role, acting as a key legal point of contact for the business in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate & draft various commercial contracts.


• Partner with other departments including finance, tech and sales.


• Advise on risks, compliance & regulatory matters.


• Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows and supporting global legal projects.


• Design and deliver legal training to equip business teams


• Work independently and make strategic, business-oriented legal decisions.


• Enjoy flexibility to contribute across diverse legal areas, tailoring responsibilities to individual strengths and expertise.

What you bring

• German-qualified lawyer with ideally strong state exams.


• 2–5 years’ experience, ideally coming from a law firm.
