Could you be the full‑time Lean Leader (f / m / d) in Mannheim were looking for
In Mannheim over 1000 colleagues from 36 different countries work together to develop locomotives as well as signal and propulsion technology for vehicles that are deployed both regionally and worldwide. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
Work with Site MD & Site Management on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap in the spirit and the letter of Lean
Manage and deploy the Site Improvement Plans covering transversally all business functions and activities of the site
Educate & train people and deploy Lean in the domains of management engineering validation project management as well as in the operational and supply chain domains (Gemba Kaizen Single Week Improvement Projects Hoshin Kanri)
Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on‑field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
Consolidate and report deployment status to Managing Director and APSYS Central team
Self‑assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment with external assessors
Perform assessments in other sites / projects in Germany or worldwide
Participate to lean events (webinars Kaizen challenge...) in Germany and Europe
Contribute as trainer to global training program on lean and continuous improvement
Share good practices & benchmarks (internal / external) within APSYS network from Region and other Sites
