Essential Responsibilities :

• Contribute to product strategy by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning with the shared vision for the product.
• Implement the architectural roadmap, balancing innovative design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and product profitability.
• Ensure customer experience and needs are integrated into product requirements and decision-making processes.
• Monitor metrics that assess product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
• Manage workstreams such as analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Oversee product profitability measures, including budget management.
• Participate in operational processes that promote execution and accountability, such as Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews, and interface with product leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers.

Minimum Qualifications :

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications :

• An MBA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEPA bank payments processing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
