Responsibilities

• Be a great example in your coding for your team.
• Mentor and lead a small, agile, and cross-functional engineering team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and skill development.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and team to define and deliver achievable sprint commitments, considering technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Give valuable feedback on implementation details.
• Ensure the development of robust and scalable software solutions aligned with project goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web development
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (8) would be an advantage
• Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue3 or React)
• Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices
• Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks
• Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards
• Strong in SOLID and Clean Code principles
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
