Job Summary

As a Human Resources Associate, you will perform routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional and develop core job competencies with existing procedures by solving common problems.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and leaders
  • Process applicant background checks
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Prepare new employee offers
  • Process separations and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Assist with employee benefits, and other related tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and no experience, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of office experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting a Human Resources group / department.
  • Workday Applicant Tracking System experience.
