We’re looking to hire a Knowledge Content Designer for a global Entertainment client. You'll join the internal Operations team to transform complex, scattered content into clear, usable guidance for service teams. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential to extend. The role can be worked remotely.

Knowledge Content Designer Responsibilities:

• Develops templates, style guides, and content patterns to promote clarity and consistency.
• Establishes reusable patterns that align with overall knowledge management (KM) systems.
• Writes and edits SOPs, instructions, and reference guides to align with defined standards.
• Applies metadata and classification rules to make content easy to find and reuse.
• Refactors and improves existing documentation to eliminate duplication and enhance readability.
• Provides training and guidance to help teams produce high-quality, standardized content.
• Collaborates with teams to shape messy drafts into structured, reliable content.

Knowledge Content Designer Requirements:

• 3-5 years in technical writing, UX writing, or knowledge management.
• Proven ability to create templates, patterns, and content style guides.
• Strong editing skills—able to simplify technical content without losing accuracy.
• Familiar with content tools such as Zendesk, Contentful, Confluence, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of metadata/tagging and how to apply it effectively across assets.
• Thinks in reusable patterns and creates scalable content structures.
• Skilled editor who improves existing work to meet style and structural guidelines.
• Collaborates across teams, ensuring alignment with system-wide content models.
• Meticulous about tone, structure, and clarity, with a practical, builder mindset.
