Who are we looking for?

As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Media & Entertainment clients while driving growth, with a focus on the DACH region.

The position can be located in the Dach region, or in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our Media & Entertainment customers, acting as a trustworthy advisor, driving customer success.
  • Portfolio growth: Drive growth within the existing customer base by identifying and leading opportunities to expand product usage, drive account expansion and increase value.
  • Sales metrics: Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Deal shaping: Negotiate pricing and rebates/ uplift within the guidelines of standard terms and conditions, balancing customer needs with company objectives.
  • Strategic focus: Become a thought leader within the Media & Entertainment industry, fostering an expertise on market trends and use-cases, identifying business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Team collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Technical expertise: Utilize your technical acumen to thoroughly understand client needs and showcase Digital Asset Management solutions effectively.
