YOUR TASKS

• Strategic Contribution : You support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for our partners in the banking and insurance sectors. This includes tasks such as budget management, organization, reporting, and billing.
• Campaign Development : Together with your interfaces, you develop creative concepts and targeted campaigns (digital / analog) for customer acquisition and development. You rely on solid analyses and reports to offer tailored solutions.
• Project Coordination : You take on the coordination of partner-specific projects and work closely with internal teams from Marketing, Customer Insights, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Workshops and Moderation : You organize and lead workshops with your internal interfaces and partners, ensuring focused communication and efficient knowledge exchange.
• Quality Management : You continuously optimize work processes and ensure high quality and successful results through professional conduct.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• You are data-driven and have strong analytical thinking skills. You can quickly grasp and evaluate complex issues and derive concrete actions from them
• Communication is your strength – both in direct customer contact and in collaboration with internal teams. You always keep the customer perspective in mind and bring a strong service mentality
• A healthy dose of humor and a positive attitude characterize you. You keep a clear head even in stressful situations
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
