Responsibilities

• Support the end to end product development process - from concept to launch
• Create and manage detailed product specifications
• Review raw material specs, formulas and packaging info for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with co-manufacturers, suppliers and our internal Product & Innovation team
• Assist in sensory tests, line trials and production approvals
• Continuously optimize product formulations with a strong focus on taste and nutrition

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry or related field
• First hands-on experience with product specifications (internship, working student, or first role)
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a knack for Excel & spec systems
• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
• A genuine passion for nutrition, food trends and smart product innovation
• Fluent language skills: English (C1) and German (at least B1) level
