Overview

Verisure is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Junior Portfolio Reporting and Strategy Manager (m / w / d).

In this key role you will support the strategic development of our portfolio by analyzing performance data identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to shape short- medium- and long-term strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation and progress of related projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize design and execute reports for daily activity monitoring.
• Prepare monthly reports in collaboration with the finance department for various stakeholders.
• Oversee the budgeting process for the area of Operations and Portfolio Marketing and ensure its successful execution.
• Analyze performance and plan improvement strategies for short, medium and long-term goals in attrition, RMC, NPS among others.
• Track and monitor projects and initiatives arising from improvement strategies.
• Manage projects aimed at improving team performance and productivity impacting the quality of the customer portfolio. This includes reducing cancellation requests, increasing system usage by customers, and improving first-contact resolution rates.

Profile & Qualifications

• Preferred University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Proven experience and sound results with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to perform well in international / multicultural teams.
• Results-oriented with a strong ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient (C2) or native German level and Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus: French, Spanish).
