Job Description

• You will own daily internal account reconciliation, trade booking and aggregation processes, liquidity requirements and settlement activities with counterparties to comply with settlement discipline.
• You will investigate mismatches and execute time‑sensitive tasks to achieve operational excellence.
• You will provide detailed post‑trade data analyses to set the foundation for operational decision making.
• You will be responsible for communication with external partners for securities settlement and data providers to ensure smooth settlement of transactions.
• You will support the development of scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast‑paced growth of our business.

Qualifications

• You successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• You gained first experience in financial services; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• You are knowledgeable about securities and banking processes, such as on‑exchange trading and post‑trading processes.
• You are able to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
