DESCRIPTION

The HYROX team is seeking a passionate Junior Manager Supply Chain Management (m / f / d) to join our fast-growing Direct Sales team in Hamburg.

This pivotal role involves building and managing scalable order and supply systems that support our events and e-commerce operations across Europe and beyond. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal supply management:

• Development of a global order system via e-commerce
• Structural and operational management of the core team, event staff, and volunteers

Order management (focus EU):

• Planning and implementation of seasonal product orders within Europe
• Structural implementation and management of event-specific order processes within Europe

Operational process improvement:

• Active co-design and further development of international order structures and supply chain processes, including inventory management optimization
• Drive process improvements in inventory management and ordering, especially in collaboration with key partners such as PUMA
• Goal: streamline operational flows and enhance stock efficiency across events and e-commerce

Long-term Objective:

• Lead the implementation and management of a scalable global order infrastructure to support HYROX's continued international expansion

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain logistics or operations
• Educational or professional background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields
• Fluent in English; German preferred; Spanish is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, hands-on approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment
• Passion for process optimization and implementing scalable systems
• Enthusiasm for fitness and performance-driven sports
