Your role

We are looking for a (Junior) Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to support and shape our growing team at Yoshi en. You have a strong sense for social media trends, creator fit, and performance, and ideally, you already have some initial experience in influencer marketing – especially in the fields of fitness, yoga, or Pilates. You will actively support the selection, outreach, and management of suitable creators, assist in negotiations and briefings, and be involved in the coordination and execution of collaborations – from planning to publication. You will also help build partnerships with yoga and Pilates studios. If you\'re hands-on, communicate openly, and are excited to dive into the world of premium organic matcha tea, then you\'re exactly who we\'re looking for.
