DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, client reporting commentaries, and business performance reviews.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all financial reports to both client and HQ.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process for all Germany business, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances, providing proactive recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor and track costs across all operational areas (labor, food, snacks, other), identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams to ensure effective cost control.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary finance contact for the client, addressing inquiries and providing financial insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing and reporting.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the client through clear and concise communication.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at HQ to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local leadership and regional teams.
  • Partner with operational teams to provide them with financial insights.
  • Compliance & Audits:
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and client contract requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Month-End Close:
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reconciliations and reporting.
DEIN PROFIL
  • General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with client relationship management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Contract Catering and Hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. In English and German.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
