Qualifikationen

• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder Projektmanagement.

Your mission

• You will support our customers in the implementation of our software solutions – from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
• With your structured approach, you will maintain an overview even in projects lasting several months and ensure that next steps remain clear and transparent.
• You will train customers in the use of iManSys, conduct workshops and webinars, and convey confidence and enthusiasm.
• You will translate technical requirements into practical concepts and motivate customers to implement them consistently.
• You will reliably document your work so that projects can be accurately invoiced and sustainably evaluated.
• Your feedback from customer projects flows directly into our product development – thus, you will actively shape iManSys.

Your profile

• You have at least three years of professional experience in customer service, project management, or a comparable role.
• Project management or software implementation experience is a plus – more importantly, your willingness to take on responsibility and develop yourself further.
• You are a good listener, can clearly understand requirements, and formulate them in a way that is understandable to both customers and colleagues.
• Your positive attitude and teamwork skills help you motivate customers and develop solutions together.
• You have excellent German and English skills; another language is a plus.
