What you’ll create and accomplish

  • Design and advise user‑centered role concepts, workplaces, and UX solutions during our customers' SAP implementations, with the special focus on SAP Fiori adoption.
  • Guide modelling, optimizing, and automation of end‑to‑end processes using SAP Signavio and the SAP Integrated Toolchain with SAP's most important customers.
  • Collaborate with global SAP teams to ensure consistent, scalable transformation outcomes.

How you’ll drive business results and improve the customer experience

  • Increase user adoption and reduce support effort by delivering intuitive SAP Fiori interfaces and clear role definitions.
  • Strengthen customer relationship by providing reliable, enterprise‑grade transformation guidance in the area of User Experience.

  • Eliminate fragmented role/UX configurations and manual process silos that hinder efficiency.
  • Boost adoption efficiency by clear technical guidance and best‑practice governance models for SAP S/4HANA implementations with SAP Fiori.
  • Scale best practices across global teams and share customer feedback to increase modern UX adoption that unlocks measurable business value.

What you bring:

  • Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD) — or equivalent practical experience.
