IT system administrator (m / f / d) with a focus on IT security and network

Our data center is part of a global IT network and provides central IT services for the European region. This means we are responsible for the trouble-free IT working environment of several hundred employees in Europe, hundreds of CNC-controlled machines, dozens of design and programming stations and the connection of thousands of customers. This results in high demands on IT security, availability and scalability.

Our administrators are active in a wide range of tasks and represent each other. Existing areas of interest can be incorporated into the distribution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration and assumption of responsibility in IT projects to improve and ensure IT security.
• Support and further development of the network infrastructure, backup strategies, server landscape, software distribution and user administration - depending on qualifications.
• Support with the introduction and implementation of IT security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001) as well as internal and external audits
• Carrying out risk analyses and incident response measures.
• Co-designing and monitoring awareness programs to raise employee awareness of IT security
