IT Support Technician I (m/f/d) – Hechingen, Germany

Your Strength
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products (installation, use, support)
  • Familiarity with macOS, iOS, iPadOS (installation, use, support)
  • Experience supporting end-users and managing helpdesk tickets
  • Understanding of VPN, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience hosting/supporting online meetings (e.g. Cisco Webex)
  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support team
  • Fluent in German; good English skills (minimum B2 level)
Your Contribution
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, software, mobile devices, printers, phones, and A/V systems
  • Support internal users with IT questions and technical issues
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and communicate updates clearly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the global IT team and external vendors when needed
  • Assist in documentation creation and training delivery
  • Ensure reliable operation of telepresence and meeting systems
  • Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and end-user satisfaction
