What you can expect with us

In your role, you will actively shape digital processes - internally for our teams and externally for our clients. You will act at the interface between IT, DATEV systems and tax-relevant applications. In this key position, you will build up the area of process digitization and automation and report directly to the management.

You will act with a high degree of personal responsibility and have extensive creative freedom with regard to the technologies and infrastructure used.

Your responsibilities

• Design & integrate interfaces: conception, setup and support of interfaces (APIs) between DATEV, upstream systems and third-party solutions
• Supporting DATEV systems: Technical administration, configuration and support of DATEV applications (e.g. Unternehmen online, EO Comfort, Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen)
• Optimize & automate processes: Identification and implementation of digital process improvements for our law firm and our clients
• Providing support - at eye level: second and third-level support for employees and clients - by phone, remotely or sometimes directly on site
• Evaluate data & make it usable: Analyzing tax-relevant data to improve transparency and decision-making
• Possibility of mobile working - with occasional on-site assignments at the client's premises

What you bring with you

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the field of IT/system integration/digitization
• Experience with DATEV products and their integration into company or law firm processes
• Good knowledge of interface technologies, APIs, cloud systems and digital process chains
• Enjoy communicating with internal teams and clients
• Independent, structured way of working and a high degree of service
• Ideally experience in dealing with small and medium-sized companies
