A major media organization is looking for an IT specialist to ensure operational stability of media systems and support change management. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with customers and partners, and enjoy flexible work options. The ideal candidate has completed an IT apprenticeship or holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field. THE RBB
Our team operates a range of important media systems services, such as archive, research and planning systems. Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the services and support change management.
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (ideally application development or system integration) or even a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Work-life balance: We promote the compatibility of career and family with flexible part‑time models, among other things. Mobile working is regulated by collective agreements and can be arranged according to needs and requirements.
Fair conditions: We offer a collectively agreed salary. If you have the necessary training and professional experience, you will be paid according to Group D of our salary scale. In addition, there is a vacation allowance, family allowance, company pension scheme, 31 days' vacation and a subsidy for a company public transport ticket.
Further development opportunities: We offer internal and external training courses, e.g. via the ARD‑ZDF Media Academy. We are also continuously expanding our e‑learning offering.
Health promotion: To promote health, we organize action days, workshops, break courses and collaborations with fitness providers. There is also the rbb sports community with various sports groups.
THE IVZ
We are the internal IT service provider of ARD, i.e. all ARD broadcasters, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb, and provide central IT services at the locations of the state broadcasters and Deutschlandradio.
Leipzig is the preferred place of work, but Potsdam is also possible.
