Your activities

• Professional support and technical responsibility for our document management system (DMS) and our e-signature solution
• Further development of the systems as part of projects with the specialist departments and external partners
• Responsibility for on-time, on-budget and high-quality planning and implementation
• Support in the digitalization of internal business processes - from idea to implementation
• Recording, analysis and documentation of technical requirements in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Collaboration in internal GVB IT projects, particularly in the context of digital applications

Your profile

• Completed IT-related training (e.g. IT specialist) or a degree in an IT-related field (e.g. business informatics)
• Experience in dealing with document management systems, e-signature solutions or digital workflow solutions desirable
• Sound project management experience
• Understanding of IT processes and interest in digital products
• Good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility in day-to-day business
• Fluency in written and spoken German
