Jobbeschreibung

Join our team and you'll be responsible for leading the strategy implementation and operations of enterprise-wide infrastructure and identity management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business operations.

Working within the Corporate IT team, you will maintain critical infrastructure components while driving innovation and modernization initiatives through cloud-native and zero-trust approaches.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) initiatives: Oversee the identity ecosystem, manage hybrid identity infrastructure, implement & maintain zero-trust security principles together with the SecOps team, and streamline user lifecycle management. Maintain and optimize PKI services for seamless authentication.
2. Spearhead network and cloud infrastructure management: Ensure robust network performance, security, and cloud infrastructure reliability. Implement infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) to enhance scalability and consistency. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
3. Oversee Exchange and email infrastructure: Manage email systems to maintain high availability, implement advanced security controls, establish & maintain robust backup systems, and conduct security assessments to safeguard communication infrastructure.
4. Drive innovation through infrastructure transformation: Lead automation efforts using infrastructure as code and DevOps methodologies. Develop documentation, optimize processes, create disaster recovery playbooks, evaluate emerging technologies, and align initiatives with broader business strategies.
5. Foster collaboration and excellence across teams: Work closely with Service and Security teams to implement best practices and adhere to CIS benchmarks. Provide technical leadership for a global team, manage performance and resources, establish on-call rotations, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure project management and strategic roadmap development aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft stack (Azure, Entra ID), Okta, Cisco Meraki, Mimecast; expertise in automation (Terraform), security implementations, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals, IAM principles, incident response, with hands-on experience in the mentioned tech stack.
• Ability to lead and manage global, remote technical teams, fostering innovation and driving performance.
• Experience with email security, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation; Azure or AWS certifications are desirable.
• Proficiency in English and German languages.
