As a IT End User Service Director (m/f/d) you will report to the D&I Senior Director Operations & Security based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a permanent contract.

What You Will Do

• Oversee Level 1–3 support, service desk, and asset management
• Drive adoption of digital collaboration tools (M365, Windows, Adobe…)
• Lead vendor strategy and contract negotiations
• Manage and develop international support teams
• Implement ITSM best practices and governance

What About You?

• 10+ years of IT service management experience in international environments
• Strong command of ITIL, digital workplace technologies, and sourcing strategy
• A strategic, hands-on leader who builds effective, multicultural teams
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages welcome
