Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting an IT Asset Officer.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks

• Manage the complete inventory of IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, telephones, servers, etc.) and software licences.

• Be responsible for tracking the life cycle of assets (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, retirement).

• Ensure compliance with licences and maintenance contracts.

• Produce regular reports on the status and use of IT assets.

• Participate in budget planning for asset renewal and optimisation.

• Ensure the safe decommissioning and disposal of equipment, in accordance with safety and environmental standards.

• Provide first‑level support to users (hardware, software, access and network incidents).

• Record, classify, prioritise and track tickets in the incident management tool.

• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, and escalates them to higher‑level teams.

• Ensure the installation and configuration of equipment and software for new users.

• Contribute to the drafting and updating of procedures and user guides.

• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by ensuring fast, high‑quality service.

Your other missions

• Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

• Participating in the integration of new employees

• Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

Studies / training

Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience

Experience

3 years of experience in a similar role or in the IT domain.

Microsoft Office suite

Languages

• French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

• English: operational level in the business (B1 minimum)

Know‑how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
