Overview

For our global eDevelopment team, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m / f / d) at our location in Ulm.

Your responsibilities

• Administration of the IT infrastructure
• Support and optimization of client, server and network architecture
• Maintenance of IT asset management and administration of user accounts
• Setup, cabling and maintenance of IT equipment
• IT security support
• 1st level technical support for employees
• Provision and setup of employee laptops
• Development and operation of automation scripts (GitOps)

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Computer science or a related field, alternatively a computer scientist training with experience
• Experience in technical support
• Initial experience in creating automation scripts
• Initial experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English and German
