SOSi is seeking an Intelligence Program Manager to provide and manage the skill sets required to implement contract intelligence and technical support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout Europe. This position is located in Wiesbaden, Germany, and requires occasional travel to other European locations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a team of intelligence analysts, which assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons systems, and employment of military forces within each country.
- Ensures designated contract personnel effectively research, author, and coordinate threat assessments.
- Provides management expertise for the coordination of intelligence technical support as per the contract statement of work.
- Coordinates and manages contractor support through direct liaison with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Monitors and evaluates data summarizing the analysis planning and technical support workload conducted by the Technical Expert contract personnel at each site as appropriate to each project.
- Reviews graphic analyses, identifies contract trends, and develops reports.
- Assesses and makes recommendations on the progress and performance of the contractor intelligence technical support personnel.
- Participate in operations and intelligence briefs presented by the technical expert contract personnel.
- Advises on all matters pertaining to the contract in order to optimize contract performance and meet project expectations.
Qualifications
- Active In Scope TS/SCI Clearance.
- Master’s Degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR
- 10 years of specialized intelligence experience.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managing complex projects at the component or higher level in the European AOR is preferred.
- Experience managing complex DoD intelligence programs at the Service component or higher level in the European AOR is preferred.
- Experience as a senior U.S. military intelligence officer or NCO is desired.
- Experience with U.S. Army intelligence command structures, processes, and procedures is desired.
- Experience with federal contractor business development/capture and/or proposal writing is desired.
- Experience with the U.S.–Germany Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) contractor accreditation process is desired.
- Fluency in a foreign language desired, but not required.
