  • Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and reports, and maintain SOPs and internal process documentation

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

You are detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working hands-on across insurance operations, data, and stakeholder coordination.

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an insurance context (claims, underwriting, broking, or insurance operations)
  • Good knowledge of insurance lines, claims processes, policy documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate, structured data and records
  • Analytical and reporting skills, including tracking claims, analysing trends, and validating financial data
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new systems and insurance concepts
  • Experience supporting workflow improvements, knowledge management, or data quality initiatives
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI or data tools (e.g. Metabase, Snowflake, Steep, Tableau) is a plus
  • Experience working with insurers, brokers, or third-party claims handlers is advantageous
  • Fluent English required; Swedish is highly desirable
