Your mission

The scope of work

Under the guidance of the sales manager, Inhouse Sales will follow up on orders, update quotations, and connect with the internal sales supports to execute orders and collect payments for long-term/fixed customers.

Major responsibilities

  • Execute commercial contracts signed with clients, including contract documentation, production planning, shipment coordination, and payment collection.
  • Communicate goods status with clients; arrange goods releases and follow processes through until handover.
  • Assist Sales and customers during contract negotiation by preparing and collecting required documentation such as technical specifications, datasheets, installation manuals, certificates, and other contractual materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on technical topics, after-sales issues, payment terms, insurance, and other conditions as stipulated in the contract.
  • Manage internal processes (CRM, OA, and other systems) to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Support company-level and EU team reporting; participate in weekly meetings, customer meetings, and exhibition representation.
  • Carry operational workload for key strategic accounts, enabling the broader sales team to focus on business development.

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven working experience in Inhouse Sales or a similar salesoperations role.
  • Previous experience in renewable energy sector is an advantage.
  • Universitydegreein (International) Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Economics & Management,or Photovoltaics(PV), or equivalent background.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese; additional European language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
