We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with a strong technical background and deep expertise in enterprise systems for one of our clients based in Dreieich, Hesse, Germany. This role has a good flexibility to work from home.

Key qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, or comparable platforms
• Has at least 5 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and E-Invoicing
• Ability to effectively act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business requirements into technical deliverables
• Background in IT with a solid grasp of end-to-end business processes
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal oversight
