Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly with preparing applications and documents for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and efficient team, supporting a wide range of immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to E2, O1, EB1, and EB2 visas.
• Assist with extension of status and adjustment of status applications.
• Accurately complete and review critical forms such as I-129, DS-160, and other USCIS-related documents.
• Conduct meticulous checks of all documentation to ensure compliance with USCIS regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather required documents, provide updates, and address procedural questions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in U.S. immigration law.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing applications for E2, O1, EB1/EB2 visas, and related immigration documents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of adjustment of status and extension of status processes.
• Familiarity with USCIS procedures, forms, and processing timelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven experience in remote work, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Must have excellent English skills
• Must reside in Florida, U.S / India / Cyprus
