Responsibilities
  • Participate in different projects, with a focus on IFRS Advisory projects.
  • Review the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or under LUXGAAP.
  • Review the work and coach the team together with the executive persons.
  • Liaise with the auditor of the consolidated financial statements.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of projects such as first time IFRS adoptions and prepare technical memos on IFRS accounting questions.
  • Assist as internal expert for technical questions regarding IFRS for other activities.
Qualifications
  • Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience in IFRS advisory projects and/or the preparation of consolidated IFRS and LUXGAAP financial statements.
  • First experience acting as a team manager/supervisor.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Good command of MS OFFICES tools.
  • Knowledge of the SIGMA Conso tool, or other consolidation tools, is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and French. Any other language is considered an asset.
