Location: Düsseldorf or Berlin, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines.
- Collaborate with TA team members, individual Hiring Managers, Department Leaders, HR counterparts, and all candidates.
- Deliver comprehensive support to fulfil recruiting strategy in an end-to-end recruitment process, effectively prioritizing workload.
- Handle specialized recruitment programs to address unusual needs and spikes in hiring volume, and support slate/pipeline development for the European region.
- Engage with the passive talent market and craft sourcing strategy pipelines using various methods.
- Actively research new sourcing ideas and methods to build creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner effectively across businesses and TA teams, establishing ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs, and fill open positions in a timely manner.
- Partner with HR and internal clients to develop long-term talent pipelining plans and build supporting talent communities.
- Set high recruitment standards, always incorporating operational excellence and compliance.
- Provide ad-hoc market intelligence data to the hiring team and business, integrating information (e.g., talent market trends, threats, opportunities) for use at the business strategy level.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience gained within the retail/e-commerce industry.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service to internal clients and external candidates.
- Desire to develop domain knowledge, functional expertise, and market intelligence around key talent demands.
- Ability to build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models.
- Skill in creating partnerships with candidates, using established trust to provide coaching and mentoring throughout the process.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
