Your mission
- You provide support to all employees (entire HR life cycle) and act as a competent contact for specialists and managers in all matters relating to human resources
- You are responsible for recruiting new employees and in doing so draw on a wide variety of recruiting channels such as cold calling, job fairs and social media etc.
- You contribute to HR projects (company health management and others)
- You collaborate with managers, colleagues and employee representatives in a spirit of trust
- You calculate and analyse key performance indicators and use the findings to recommend courses of action
- Planning and organisation of corporate events
- Reception and secretarial services
Your profile
- Graduate degree in business and economics with focus on HR or have comparable qualifications (e.g. HR specialist)
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the industrial sector
- You have a high degree of social skills, team spirit and flexibility
- You are characterized by an empathetic, open and committed personality
- Familiar with the use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Target and solution-focused approach
- Driving licence (at least Cat. B)
