As a Human Resources Specialist you support the implementation and administration of Human Resources programs, practices, and procedures across the organization. You provide guidance to team members and leaders on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. You collaborate with the Workers\' Council on routine matters and support compliance with relevant labor laws and agreements.
