HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Bilingual (German & English)

In this versatile position, you will provide valuable support to the Managing Director and the management and take on responsible tasks that contribute to the efficiency and successful organization of our company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Main contact person and advisor for managers and employees in all personnel-related issues.
• Overall responsibility for the personnel area of the employees including HR administration, personnel development, training and further education, succession planning, personnel controlling, compensation & benefits in cooperation with the management, as well as provision of monthly HR reports/KPIs.
• Independent management and handling of the entire recruitment and onboarding process in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• Support and management of employer branding measures to strengthen the employer brand Responsible for the provision and review of payroll documents.
• Responsibility for digital personnel documents and the provision of annual performance appraisals.
• Support with administrative tasks and projects.
