A leading industrial company is seeking a part-time HR Administrator (m/f/d) with a fixed-term contract until 12/31/2026, located in Kaiserslautern. The successful candidate will provide HR support, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with payroll processes. Candidates should have a commercial apprenticeship, relevant experience, and proficiency in German and English. We are looking for a HR Administrator (m/f/d) in a part-time role, fixed-term contract until 12/31/2026
You provide competent HR support for a defined employee group and ensure compliance with all labor law requirements – in close cooperation with managers and the works council
You assist in preparing and forwarding all payroll-relevant data to our external payroll provider, ensuring adherence to all legal and company-specific regulations
You support the administration of the annual salary adjustment process
You maintain all relevant master data accurately and serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external inquiries
You prepare reports, statistics, and process documentation – especially in Excel
You handle various administrative tasks such as preparing job references, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have equivalent training
You bring relevant professional experience, ideally from a larger industrial company
You possess knowledge of collective bargaining regulations (chemical industry), payroll tax, labor and social security law, and general HR topics
You have experience working with a payroll system, preferably Loga
You are confident in using MS Office, particularly Excel - Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
You work in a thorough, independent, and reliable manner. Loyalty, commitment, and strong teamwork skills round off your profile
You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
