What You'll Do
  • Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Drive Sales: Analyze business, set goals, and execute to hit sales targets.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Manage daily store operations including opening and closing routines.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Optimize efficiency in all store processes.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Lead recruiting, training, and engagement.
  • Training and Development: Coach staff to high performance.
  • Communication: Maintain clear internal communication.
  • Asset Protection: Safeguard store assets and ensure safety.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
  • Team building and self‑starter skills.
  • Drive to achieve results and multitasking capability.
