Overview

CBT is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative (Italian + English). Location: Remote (Portugal). Start date: 23 October 2025. Salary: 1,000 per month plus bonuses.

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you are a great communicator, problem-solver, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you!

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 – 18:00 (Portuguese time)
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Contract Type

• Remote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal)

Salary & Incentives

• Base salary: 1,000 per month (x14 months)
• Performance bonus: 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance
• Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport allowance: 20 per month

Welcome Bonus

• Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month)
• Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month
• Not part of the fixed monthly salary package
