Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 50 professionals, with prior leadership experience such as managing a smaller team, serving in a deputy role, or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by championing LEAN-lab methodologies, streamlining processes, and embedding best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with global regulatory standards.
  • Plan for talent development, create an environment where people can grow and succeed, and ensure timely delivery of results in a dynamic environment where product quality is non-negotiable.
Qualifications
  • Strong scientific background, preferably in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field, with several years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and international quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both German and English.
  • Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), data integrity principles, and audit readiness would be highly beneficial.
