Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for product safety and the strategic and operational development of quality management
  • You lead two teams, foster their growth, and create a motivating work environment
  • You ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements across all quality-related processes
  • Together with the audit team you manage internal, supplier, customer, and certification audits
  • You are responsible for the ongoing development of the quality management system
  • You handle international customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with your team and maintain close contact with our subsidiaries
  • You work closely with production and supplier management, identify opportunities for improvement, support process and system optimization, and are involved in raw material approvals
Qualifications:
  • You hold a degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science or a comparable qualification

  • You have several years of leadership experience in quality within the food industry

  • You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BRCGS & IFS Food)

  • You have a structured, solution-oriented approach as well as strong communication and leadership skills

  • You have experience preparing and conducting audits and are ideally familiar with laboratory techniques

  • You are proficient in SAP and common IT tools (e.g., MS Office)

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
