We are seeking a highly professional individual to join our team as the new Head of Product (Group Product Manager) (d/f/m) for our Growth Platform.

The Growth Platform serves as the critical engine for customer acquisition and lifecycle management, developing intelligent systems that facilitate every personalized and timely user interaction. Our core mission is to enable the business and marketing teams to comprehend our audience, act upon derived insights, and substantially drive growth. We maintain ownership of the core technology stack responsible for managing user data, consent, and enabling all outbound paid and owned channels.

In the capacity of the product leader for this domain, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for a diversified portfolio of essential platforms. Your purview encompasses our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Activation channels, Privacy & Experimentation (A/B testing tools), and our Notification services (email, push, SMS). Your contributions will directly inform our audience strategy, underpin data‑driven decisions, and enhance user acquisition and retention to ultimately maximize customer lifetime value.

The role
  • Lead & Mentor the Product Team: Guide, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers, cultivating a culture of ownership, data‑driven decision‑making, and strong technical expertise.

  • Drive User Growth & Retention: Maximize customer lifetime value by accelerating the acquisition and retention of our user base through technological solutions.

  • Strategic AI & Data Leverage: Demonstrate a deep understanding of AI for enhancing data and user insights, and strategically utilize AI as a key acquisition channel (e.g., SEO/GEO).

  • Partner with Marketing, Data, Legal, and other Product Areas: Translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities.

  • Define and own the Area's key performance indicators (KPIs), clearly linking your area's performance to key business outcomes.

  • Strategic Planning & Ownership: Develop and manage the Area‑level product roadmap, prioritizing new business features, platform scalability, and compliance mandates to maximize user relevance, engagement, and revenue.

  • Collaborate closely with your Head of Engineering counterpart to align on technical strategy, architectural decisions, resource allocation, and the overall health of the Area.

Qualifications
  • Multiple years of experience in leading a team, change management, and working cross‑functionally.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data and AI for driving growth and product strategy.
  • Experienced in stakeholder‑management, consensus‑building, and decision making with excellent communication skills (especially in marketing related product fields).
  • Experience in digital product management (Discovery and Delivery) in an agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN) and scaling product teams.
  • Experience in strategy development and communication with different target audiences (team and senior management); experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Fast apprehension, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills, structured and self‑driven.
  • Result‑oriented: You set clear goals and metrics, shape strategies, and align the teams on the right path to success.
  • Pragmatic: Your positive attitude will overcome challenges with passion and creativity. Your bias for action inspires. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team build a great product and a successful business.

  • You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
